I have a semi-headache now.

What does it mean to be a leader nowadays?

Is it to have to push your team members every single second? To do everything for them? To smile and pretend that everything is great when you are just screaming at them inside?

I am seriously sick and tired of pushing you. Not only when you had to do the group PI and stuff. Even just a simple call to remind the person you were supposed to interview, i had to remind, remind and remind you. What do you take me for? Your energizer battery? Even batteries run out of energy, not to mention i, a mere human. Yeah perhaps you have improved in some ways, like mdm said. However, i do not see it at all. How long do you want me to wait for the interview results to come out? When we have finished our project? Yeah i am so sorry, your gift of the gab works on everyone, BUT me. So you'd better pull up your socks before i really start to consider the irregularity report thing and if/when i do so, you'll know that you'd really gone too far.
